Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Books that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once an ebook is downloaded, it cannot be returned.
